Yes, the Pavilion has car parking at the front of the venue with limited spaces. On street parking is accessible in the vicinity of the venue. Nearest Car Parks are located within a short walking distance from the venue.

We accept both cash and card payments at the Box Office and Bar.

The Main Hall is a versatile space and can offer either option, with a 300 fixed seated balcony.

Please check the details on each event as to whether the event is seated or standing.

All tickets to 'seated' shows are unreserved seating.

We offer a limited number of complimentary tickets for Personal Assistants (PAs) supporting Deaf or disabled customers. To secure a PA ticket, contact us in advance at 01597 258118. We may request evidence to support your request. Note that this policy may not apply to all events, especially those organized by third-party promoters.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on tickets purchased, if you have a ticket for an event you can no longer attend please get in touch with us and if the event sells out we may be able to sell it on for you or swap it for a different event.

If any event is cancelled by us (the venue) or by a third party (external promoter/agent) - a full refund will be provided (excluding any *service fees)

Don’t worry, we keep a record of everyone who has purchased tickets so you can still show up to the event and we will know that you have a ticket.

First, check your junk or spam email folder. If you still can't find your E-ticket, don't worry—we keep a record of all online ticket purchases and will allow you entry based on our records.

Professional cameras and recording equipment are not allowed without prior authorization from Grand Pavilion Events CIC. However, feel free to use your mobile phone to take photos and tag us #pavilionmw on Facebook or #pavilionmw1 on Instagram. Note that some artists or shows may restrict photography, and we will notify you in advance or upon entry if this is the case.

Probably, we will always try our best to keep the decibel levels to a safe and comfortable level but some events may be louder than others depending on a number of factors. Disposable ear plugs are available to purchase from the bar if required and we recommend to take breaks away from loud noise levels in our bar area.

Most of our shows feature strobe lighting and smoke effects. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of our technical staff before the show begins.

No, we don't have a designated cloakroom.

We do have a clothes rail customers can use if they so wish.
